Lawn Mowing Services
From $195/month + GST on 10 day service
From $240/month + GST on weekly services
At Geradina, we take pride in delivering meticulous, high-quality lawn care. Our team ensures precise edge trimming, professional mowing, and a spotless finish — every visit.
Service Includes:
✔ Professional mowing on a weekly or every-10-day schedule (weather permitting)
✔ Clean edge trimming and walkway blowing after each visit
✔ All clippings bagged in city-approved paper yard waste bags and placed in your green bin
✔ We do not use noisy or polluting 2-stroke equipment — our blowers and trimmers are fully battery-powered
✔ Our only gas-powered tool is a high-end commercial mower for the cleanest cut
- Minimum monthly pricing reflects a $5/mow discount for clients with ongoing garden bed maintenance.
- Mowing may be skipped during drought conditions or water restrictions.
- If a green bin is unavailable, bags will be placed neatly on site.
- Optional clipping removal: $15 per standard yard waste bag (no minimum charge).
Ongoing Garden Bed Maintenance
$80.00/ HOUR / STAFF + GST
+ $40 TRAVEL TIME
This special discounted rate is exclusively for clients enrolled in our weekly, biweekly or monthly garden care plans.
Service includes
✔ Expert weeding, pruning, deadheading, and seasonal plant care
✔ Light edging and bed clean-up
✔ Hedge trimming (small to medium-sized shrubs; large hedges may require a quote)
✔ All work performed by experienced gardeners with horticultural lead
- Only billed for time worked on-site — no hidden charges
- 2-hour minimum per visit
- Your approval is always required before exceeding scheduled time
- Yard waste is placed in your green bin first; excess is bagged in city-approved paper bags
One-Time Gardening & Yard Rejuvenation
$85 / HOUR / STAFF + GST
+ $42.50 TRAVEL TIME
Perfect for seasonal cleanups, garden makeovers, and one-time projects, this service covers a wide range of expert horticultural and yard work tasks.
Service Includes
✔ General garden cleanup and weeding
✔ Shrub and hedge pruning
✔ Soil refreshing, mulch spreading, and plant bed shaping
✔ Light planting, small removals, and basic garden installations
✔ Yard rejuvenation after neglect or seasonal transition
- 2-hour minimum per visit
- Client approval required before exceeding estimated time
- Green bin used first; any overflow placed in city-approved yard waste bags
Spring and Fall Bed Cleanups
$80.00 / HOUR / STAFF + GST If you have ongoing care with Geradina (Plus $40 travel time)
$85.00 / HOUR / STAFF + GST for single service clients (Plus $42.50 travel time)

Other Fees/Rates
Yard Waste Removal
The city of Calgary removes yard waste for free
This is why we encourage you to allow us to utilize green bins and place extra approved bags for city collection.
However, if yard waste must be removed, these are our rates.
$15/110 litres Yard Waste Bag for first 10 bags, then $10/bag thereafter
*Minimum charge 3 bags ($45) charge
Credit Card Processing Fees
Geradina accepts INTERAC e-Transfer and cheques at no charge
However, if you must pay by credit card there will be 2.9% + 0.30 per transaction fee
